They provided old blood stained duvet and upon checkout they asked us to pay extra charges.
On enquiring they found that the stain was old and they provided old duvet to us and asking for extra charges for the same.
Worst customer service and checkout experience.
Would not recommend anyone to book this hotel.

Neat and clean rooms Very delicious lunch and dinner at 4th floor Spice Restaurant. Breakfast is just okay only Location - inside the town and so but Congestion could be felt. Staffs are friendly and warm welcoming ***atri in Reception is warm welcoming

The stay was excellent. Highly recommend this place. Customer service was exceptional. They weny abovr and beyond to make our stay super comfy. It was our first time and totally amazed by the hospitality of the staff. The food was grear as.well.

Best place to chill out with friends. This place has great ambience and lighting. And last and most important are the staffs, headed by ***ish Bhaiya and his team, who were very friendly and provided us the best service they could. Also the tandoori items were delicious.

Have been to this place few of times and trust me the food has been very amazing. Super Hygiene and super friendly Staff. Will definitely come back again. Biryani was super delicious and amazing starters

Best stay..had a great time here, quick room service, the rooms are clean and very well maintained. The best part is the restuarant at the 4th floor amazing view of the city while having dinner..the staff is also good and polite...Loved staying here..🧿♥️🙂
